I don't know what the other reviewer's experience was but this depilatory works fast, with no irritation. I use it on my underarm area. Other depilatories don't come close to the speed of hair removal. The hair is completely gone in just a few minutes. I rarely need to use the calming balm; I just skip deodorant for a few hours to prevent inflaming the area. I came here to shop for more. The drugstore brands: don't waste your money on those.

Its such a shame they took this product off the shelf at CVS. I LOVE it! It works WAY better than the other garbage out there, like Nads, or Nair, or the Sally Hensen products. With those you will find that you have to wax the same area more than once to get rid of all the hair. As we all know, it hurts so why do it more than once? ZIP does it all in one pass and you dont need cloth strips to use it either. Try it and you will love it!

Fabulous product. Works wonders. Doesn't break nicely into the little squares, but I managed to break it in half. Then I microwaved one half until it was soft enough for me to cut off a small bit. That bit I warm up in a ceramic dish inside a wax warmer Gigi Warmer Economy #225 . I reuse the same hunk of wax, so the price of the wax is not bad considering. Good for anywhere on the body, including face, legs, etc.

Zip hot wax is the only product I have found that will remove all the hair from legs, bikini area, underarms, etc., and hair growth is diminished. I do not know what I would do without it.
